KQED Elections Data Pipeline

Extract and write election results to the Google Sheet.

How to use

  1. Select the county you are submitting results for.
  2. Choose source format in the form — the default works when you are not sure.
  3. Paste a county results URL or upload a file.
  4. Click Submit run. Results will be extracted and written to the sheet automatically.
  5. If the run fails, click 'Start another run' and resubmit.

Contact KQED product engineering team if a county's results page is not parsing correctly after two attempts.

CSV is recommended when the county offers it. Leave Auto-detect (the default) if you are not sure.
